- 22 minutes from Boone, NC, 18 minutes from N. Wilkesboro
- Dog friendly with fee $35 (bring dog towels)
- Microwave, Keurig, gas grill
- Ceiling fan, screened porch, six screen windows for cross breeze (no AC)
- Private portable toilet & camping shower (for short rinse offs, off back door)
- Fire Pit, we supply one free fire bundle (more are available $10 each)
- Kitchenette; paper plates/cups/bowls, plastic utensils, wine and can opener
- Dining table with two chairs
- Large cooler (You supply the ice)
- Lighting; indoor various, outdoor string lights, motion lights along paths & parking lot
- Unplug/No Wifi, cell text works for most, 2 minute drive for cell reception
