The Geodome at the creek is a unique and charming way to experience the outdoors. The Geodome glamping site combines the best of both worlds: the great outdoors and many of the comforts of home. This unique outdoor living space, helps you to unwind and unplug from a busy life.

This is a 200 square foot, off grid glamping Geodome, with many amenities on Fall Creek (Retreats). You have a very comfortable, queen bed with a 16-foot window view of the creek, creating a unique outdoor living space. The Geodome provides an open air space to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. Come relax and rejuvenate in this peaceful and secluded setting.
- Located about 20 minutes from Boone, NC and 17 minutes from Wilkesboro
- Warm, romantic pellet stove for all seasons (AC unit in warm weather)
- Super quiet generator with on demand power (remote control)
- Microwave, keurig supplied, along with propane grill for cooking
- The is an upscale camping/glamping, off grid experience with many amenities
- Comfortable queen bed with linens, two towels
- Fire pit beside the creek
- Screened gazebo for shade and a bug-free zone
- Private 1/2 bath closet with a dry flush toilet, push button flush
- Standard door with code opening (self check-in)
- 12 foot ceiling for spacious feel
- Kitchen area, dining table and chairs
- We supply some starter water and you supply the rest (no running water)
- Solar, camping shower for warm season, good for two short showers
- Sanitary wipes to freshen up anytime
- Battery system for indoor/outdoor lighting and phone charging.
- Large cooler supplied for your food, you bring the ice
- For air circulation, you have two 10 foot screen windows on both sides of dome, along with a screen door and a small fan that blows over the bed
- Easy to access; 100′ from parking lot on flat trail (carry cart provided)
- We supply most everything you need and a list of items you need to bring.
- Lighting: LED string lighting over deck, inside string lights, light in bathroom, low motion lights on deck and LED candle for night lite
- 20 x 8’ deck with great views
- Adirondack chairs and table for deck
- Security: we have 2 active, picture only, trail cams, one in the parking lot and one on the trail coming into the glamping area.
- Paper plates, plastic utensils, plastic cups, coffee cups, grill utensils supplied
- Semi-private area, next site is over 120′ away through woods, not visible in leaf season
- Cell reception: text normally works but voice is spotty on Verizon
- First aid kit, fire extinquisher, carbon monoxide/smoke detector

We stayed at the A-Frame and the Geodome with Paul’s locations. Both were beautiful next to the creek! Caught a few baby trout, nice area to walk in, and a very relaxing scene!

My husband and I had a wonderful trip to the new A-frame cabin last week. The location is very private and serene. We lounged in the river, made several fabulous meals, had two wonderful fires and listened to the thunderstorms roll through with the A-frame panel open and breeze blowing into the cabin. We spent the day in Boone eating lunch as it’s a short drive up the hill. This was a 10 out of 10 for us and what we were looking to experience this week and have already booked the GeoDome for our next visit.

Very peaceful glamping spot right on a creek with lots of mini waterfalls! Had all the amenities listed in description! A-frame was super cute and cozy and loved being able to open the swing wall to open up the space and allow in fresh air. Would definitely stay again!
